Owning meaningful and impactful work and feeling supported in doing that work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Job stability. By far and away that's the most important factor for my wellbeing and integration.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Personable. Collaborative. Find fun despite the busy-ness. Have lives outside of work so it makes it easy to connect on current life events.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are focused and intentional. They provide stability without too many team reorganizations unless it's really necessary which allows the team to keep burning through the never-ending backlog of things to develop.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay for my area is much lower than tech hub pay despite cost of living being similar or higher. I accepted the job because it's the best pay in the area, but not even close to CA or TX.
