They are all qualified, intelligent, and passionate about the business. They give us frequent updates on the health and vision of the company, and they are always receptive to constructive feedback.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are a cohesive group with a common and clear goal. Everyone is a hard worker and willing to put in the time necessary to excel in their jobs. My team is also really supportive, friendly, and fun.
What do you like best about your company?
The transparency and emphasis on winning as a team. Our company doesn't encourage or reward internal competitive or lone wolf mentalities. The focus is on winning together and helping each other do work that we can be proud of.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The expectations were clearly laid out from the get-go. The people who interviewed me were honest and transparent about what my career progression could look like, and it was clear that they wanted me to be as excited as they were about working for Workfront.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
The performance assessment process. Right now employees answer two "Yes" or "No" questions: "Are you getting it done?" and "Are you doing it right?". At least a 1-5 scale for these would be better so that we can say that we are proud of the work we're doing, but show where we feel we could improve.
