How welcoming the culture is. Everyone is very welcoming and warm. The feeling is very genuine and you don't have to be scared to ask a question.

We have the culter of a fun family environment. We all come to work, work hard and do the best we can and have fun while we do it.

The team functions as a Team. When the queue is struggling they pull together to get things back on track so that not just one person is taking the brunt of the work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My first day working at Workfront the VP of the company personally thanked me for accepting the position here and stated that the company needed me. This was amazing to hear from the VP day one.
