We have a very close team. We enjoy spending time during work as well as outside of work. This helps us work together well.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Workfront provides a great work-life balance. I don't feel like I have to take my work home. But, when we are at work, we work hard and get things done.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel our leadership team has great vision for the company. My direct leadership team is excellent. They allow each individual to run their piece of the business and I appreciate the autonomy.
