What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I have never been at a company that takes its "no jerks" policy as strongly as this one. I have been amazed by the positivity of the people that I work with.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love that I am trusted to get my work done and to work independently. I am full time remote, with unlimited PTO -- that shows that this company completely trusts their employees to be team players -- and in turn, they are.
