Hard work and results are expected at Workfront, but the company also does a great job of treating employees well.

We're growing fast and taking on a lot of new initiatives. This keeps things fresh and provides a lot of variety.

Company environment is solid. Most folks here want to do great work and make a difference, and for that reason they give a strong effort.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There have been a few times when one or two leaders have overstepped their bounds and handled things in what I believe isn't the best way.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team has the best interest of the company and employees in mind. They do a good job of leading from the front and employing servant leadership.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is very collaborative and always strives to support one another. There's no ego and nobody needs the credit, we work together to do big things.

Leadership has the company and employees' best interest in mind. They're clear about our direction as well as our shortcomings, and I believe committed to getting us to where we need to be.
