I work from home, but when visiting the office, everyone is chill and relaxed.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Alex is brilliant, insightful, and strategic. He's also personable, friendly, and genuine. He's all the traits you would want in a CEO that then trickle down throughout the leadership organization.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Some of the smartest people I've ever worked with, but also some of the nicest. You would think that a group this smart would be egotistical or overly blunt or curt, but it's quite the opposite around here.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being told that I am good at my job. I've worked at companies before that were never happy with my style of work management, and wanted me to function exactly the same as my predecessor. Workfront realizes that employees can function totally differently, but all be highly successful at their role.
