I've been with Adobe almost 9 years, and I hope to still be with this company when it's time to retire. Staying here a long time doesn't mean that the job gets boring. In fact, it's always evolving and bringing new opportunities to learn, and new responsibilities and roles.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I have worked at Adobe for 10 years. Adobe has afforded me the opportunity to build a team and a practice, help create a new practice that hadn't existed previously, and also to blend separate regional teams into a global team for improved standardization and efficiency.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Praise, opportunity, and support from management establishes positive teamwork.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people I work with.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My favorite perks are the learning fund and wellbeing dollars.

Solving problems for customers makes me.happy, and finding creative solutions to do it when the answer isn't apparent.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team was primarily remote, even before COVID, so we're very collaborative. We are gender, racially, and culturally diverse. Different perspectives bring the best ideas.

Adobe values each individual and their expertise. We are given opportunity to innovate and showcase that if it brings an improvement or addresses a need.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They communicate well, and frequently. The are open and honest in soliciting questions and feedback. They have built a strong culture that I'm proud to be a part of.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I am part of a global, cross-functional team. We work together to achieve the common goal of supporting our customers for success. Each team member brings different strengths and expertise that all work better together.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team remains committed to employee well being and benefits, ensuring that we have support even during uncertain times. They're open and authentic. That's why we continue to work hard and achieve objectives because we know that the leadership team looks out for us.
