What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership needs to better understand the work that their subordinates perform and properly appreciate its complexity. Leadership also needs to trust more.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The rest of the company may be alright, but management over product dev is a bit brutal. They seem out of touch with what dev is doing and what motivates dev.
