What did you like most about the interview process?
Interviewing with several different people at different levels.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My manager is great about allowing me flexibility and being supportive of my concerns.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I do feel paid well for what I do and I think the benefits are pretty great.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Really difficult to do our jobs when we don't at all feel supported by the executive team.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I don't feel challenged enough by what I do, but that may be just unique to my position.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
A lot of complaining I feel like. I wish more people would take responsibility for their situations and be more grateful for the good things the company does give us.
