What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are open and they live our by example. I have never once thought that the executive team or leadership were "above the law" which is so prevent in other companies.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel like everyone believes and lives our culture. It's not a forced culture. Everyone is helpful and everyone is a valued member of the team. From sales, to engineering, to customer service, everyone is welcome and everyone is valued.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Benefits are basically the same from large tech company to large tech company. What makes Workfront stand out is that they bring in professionals to help us manage our benefits better. We have access to a company paid financial planner that has been a huge asset to me.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I haven't felt the air of bravado amongst the developers on my team. We're all working toward the same goal and each one of us brings our talents and skills with us. I feel comfortable speaking up in meetings and knowing that my opinion is heard by the team.
What makes you most happy at work?
I'm challenged every day and a learn something new every day. I know that the project I'm working on brings value to our customers. As an engineer, sometimes the connection between our work and the end user isn't clear, but at Workfront, the leadership is open about our impact.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I did a tech assessment, onsite tech interview, and in person interview. The onsite tech assessment was what gave me the most confidence about the company and the type of engineers that I'd be working with. I was allowed to discuss my code, and defend my choices. I loved that.
