What makes you most happy at work?
My contribution matters. I have an impact on the product, the process and the organization. I have the autonomy to make the decisions that are important for my work. My managers and co-workers drive me to continuously learn and improve.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is intent on solving problems wherever they arise. There is almost no political jockeying or kingdom building. I am often surprised by the mature and selfless way that my co-workers take on decisions that have the potential to greatly impact their career.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They see the whole picture. They can see past the easy solutions that simply address symptoms of complex problems and are good at addressing complex issues at their core. They are not too arrogant to seek help from sources inside or outside of the company. They trust their people.
