It has been a great experience. Everyone is super nice and cares about your success. It is quite stressful to learn new things, but that I what I love about my position. There is never a dull moment and I get challenged to become my best self.

Everyone helps each other, they care about the teams outcome and there is no competition but rather a harmonious aura.
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting to do what I love and knowing that if I get stuck there are wise people who can help.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They make sure to emphasize what the culture at workfront is about and ask for feedback on how they can improve.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They care about their employees and make sure to help them succeed in whatever role they are in through helpful meetings and feedback.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As an intern they pay is quite low compared to other companies, but the great experience and knowledge does make up for what it is lacking in pay.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I got to sit down with to Software Engineers and explain my code to them. They never judged me or made me feel uncomfortable, but helped me feel excited for what I could be getting if I enter in to their company.
