My team makes me the happiest at work. Having a safe place at work to do my best is very important to my success.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is to get your work done, and then go home and have your life. I absolutely love that I don't get messages late into the night.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was not able to leave my previous employer for a second round of interviews, and the team accommodated that by holding the rest of the interviews remotely. I appreciated that.
