The base salaries that Workfront offers are above market rate for the area.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Workfront's leadership does "Servant Leadership" which makes working with our managers a much more pleasant experience than other organizations I have worked at.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked that I interviewed with the specific teammates that I would work with as coworkers and interviewed with my future manager. Had a whiteboarding session with a few technical questions.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My coworkers are strong technically but also have excellent soft skills so they're pleasant to work with. In addition, there are many company events so you also become friends with your coworkers.
What makes you most happy at work?
Excellent coworkers. Amazing breakrooms with Coke Freestyle machines, Panini Station, Pancake Station, Cereal station, and snack stations. I have drank my own bodyweight in free soda since I've worked here. Great tech stacks for microservices we work on.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Excellent work-life balance. Excellent managers. Each software developer team gets to pick their own tech stacks for their microservices. Servant leadership. Lots of company events so you get to know your coworkers and interact with them in a more casual context. Customer oriented company.
