Not having so much work that your stressed; not having too little to do that your bored.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Whenever ANYBODY has a question or doesn't understand something they're working on, every single one of my teammates would stop everything they're doing to help the individual out.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Anytime I've had a question or concern, it was immediately addressed. My leadership shows excellence in all that they do and they make sure everyone is comfortable, happy, motivated and doing their best work.
