Unlimited PTO is actually unlimited, and the company is great at maintaining a good work/life balance

My team is very genuine and kind. We definitely debate over engineering, but everyone respects each other
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone respects each other, and the company is outspoken about social issues. Building a respectful culture here involves lots of workshops, which shows the leadership team is invested in building respect amongst coworkers
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I've never had a more genuine and transparent CEO. He's incredible. He makes EVERYONE feel welcome, and makes the company feel small even though it is getting quite large. The leadership team has won me over like no one else.
