What is the best part about your compensation package?
ESPP allows us to invest 25% of our pay in stocks that are obtained at 15% discount and fixed for 2 years. I joined Adobe when the stock was at 220 so Ive been getting stocks at the price of 190 for the last 2 years. Given stock is at 530 now, that's a huge win
