I'm honestly so thrilled to be here. I thought it would wear off after the honeymoon phase, but it truly hasn't. We're not perfect, but we have a strong desire to continually improve, and I love that.

I am thrilled to be at Workfront. I believe in what we're doing and overall I believe in the team we have.

A lot of transparency and regular communication

We're close knit and care about each other as humans

We truly are a TEAM - everyone steps in to help each other regularly and there's genuine caring between all of the members.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I really like that there's a balance of male and female leaders - the best of any company I've ever been a part of.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My insurance plan has a very reasonable deductible, which is nice. I also appreciate the new "Health Advocate" benefit we have - it's already helped me. I'm also grateful for unlimited PTO.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We really invest in our values and culture. The Workfront Leadership Institute classes provide full-day sessions to dig into topics to make us better leaders in a way that aligns clearly with our core values.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Unlimited PTO - it's my first time having it and it's nice to be able to take off a half day or full day randomly and still be able to take a longer vacation once during the year.
