We win together and fail together. No one person is to blame or receive praise.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
How they don't place blame. They ask what the issues are, what's the plan to remedy those issues and what can be done to prevent those issues from happening again.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They treated me like I was a part of the team. I wasn't grilled or given a hard time. The problems were challenging but I wasn't left alone to do them.
