The management team's decisions come from the overarching corp. strategy. It's clearly communicated and the Exec team is very transparent (especially during C19). It's been very positive thus far and I look forward to seeing what happens in a post Covid world.

Autonomy I have with my schedule to do what I need for my customers.

The transparency in communicating struggles, successes and plans forward. Most "open" company I've ever worked for.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The incentive comp structure is straight forward and easy to understand. Also, we have unlimited PTO available!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's a win-together culture and I haven't worked with anyone here who isn't willing to do whatever it takes to do the job right, fast and for the benefit of our customers. This is driven by our Execs. It really is a team environment.
