
Getting my paycheck every 2 weeks
The culture is fine, it used to be a lot better in the office though. It seems that our culture has not kept pace with the changes we've gone through this year. We're going on 8 months without really anything being put on/ sponsored/ sent out from P&C though this is happening at other companies.
This might clarify other answers in this survey, but I do not feel that I am able to take PTO to the extent that I should. Being on the DSR team, there are only rare circumstances to take PTO without getting behind on my quarterly number. Because of that, I've taken maybe 2 PTO days this year.
