The office perks were by far the best, though that hasn't been much of a factor during the entire Covid pandemic.

They care. They care about each other, they care about meeting our sprint goals, they care about the quality and usability of the features they develop.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People matter. The company takes their employees time and health seriously. That includes their emotion, physical, and mental health. This translates into company wide "recharge" days, unlimited PTO, and really backing employees that need time for whatever is going on in their lives.
