Our whole team really cares about each other and the culture is about our lives and families, not strictly work. Our managers are very supportive of our well-being and constantly check on what we need and how they can help us. I love it!

Everyone is genuinely interested in the growth and success of each individual member. We really care about each other and look at every member of our team holistically through their personal and professional life. It make sit so much easier to support each other when you are connected personally

Growth mindset: managers really take such a good care of you and support you in all your beginnings and initiatives, they see your strengths and help you develop them and also work on your weaknesses through additional projects. I love 1-1 sessions with my manager as well as my quarterly check-ins

Our leadership team is the best! They are genuinely focused on employee well-being as a whole both at work and at home. I feel that I am taken care of and I can always share my difficulties/challenges with my manager and I know she will always have my back and provide me all the tools I need
