The people, it's the answer at Adobe, as amazing and inspiring as our mission is, the fact that I get to bring that mission to life with some of the most amazing, creative, intelligent and thoughtful humans on earth is such an incredible opportunity.

The thoughtfulness around all of the different aspects of our employees lives and how they are constantly looking to support our employees in ways that meet the moment in their lives and employees embrace that through having support to take care of themselves, we are valued.

The psychological safety we have to be our authentic selves, share ideas, try new things, and talk to other employees that care about you and the outcome of your work and will do what they can to help you. These factors help create more innovation and inclusion.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Sabbatical. While there are so many thoughtful benefits, and incredibly competitive compensation with all other top employers, the truth is, that we think about employees in a different way. Only a sabbatical really says, we want you to be here, and we care about your whole journey.

Making a difference. There is not a day that goes by that I don't see the positive impact of our work. Knowing that there is a greater purpose, and that achieving that purpose is possible, and that we will do it ethically, sustainably and creatively while having fun together, is awesome.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people. People at Adobe are just different. We are engaged, thoughtful, curious, creative, and we are cohesive. Even during this pandemic, while we are so far apart, we remain together, in regards to the type of people we are and the way we are driven to change the world together.
