Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We don't get paid fairly due to the amount of work we are putting in on each opp. We are having to prove random items to show we are working on an opp to get credit when we are doing so much more to help close it. we can only get credit up to $75K and work deals up to $150K.
