I'm lucky to have started at Adobe from college 5 years ago (and have had 4 promotions!) Much of that is owed to informal mentorship from Sales executives when I was first starting (and to this day) - they encouraged me to be curious, and push out of my comfort zone to take on new responsibilities!

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We truly can stand behind our brand and products and coworkers truly enjoy what they do and working together - never thought I would find this in one company. Also, with the constant innovation and the job progression, I never have a chance to get board!
What makes you most happy at work?
I love working with my customers, and collaborating on the next great idea with my peers - there is an energy & hopefullness that comes out of people working together in this way, which has been especially powerful during COVID. Adobe has been my rock through a challenging year!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team shows through their actions and processes that they are committed to our core values - as it relates to our customers, products and employees. It is the opposite of empty words - in fact they regularly exceed expectations. Their nimble response to COVID was a great example!
What are some of the best things about your team?
I've worked with many people consistently during my 5 years at Adobe, in fact, 7 out of the 15 people I started with right out of college at Adobe are still here 5 years later, thats saying a lot for a tech company! Also, Adobe lacks the toxic culture that exists at other companies!
