If you know the right people or have been given the right opportunity to be visible you will go far. If you don't have visibility it's easy to be overlooked and just be here

market value. I think Adobe underpays competitively and counts too much on our culture and benefits to make up for compensation

inclusitivioty and the people. I am so proud to work with the people I do. Culture is invisible. it's how they make me feel

not everyone knows our company or uses our products but nobody hates Adobe. We make the world more creative and people like the products

Transparency with what is going on in our business and what we are doing as a company to change with changing times. Flexibility is also high on my list.
