Our team is very collaborative. We check our egos at the door and work together to deliver the best product we can.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have thriving employee networks. We also have lots of leaders committed to iterating programs and policies that will benefit all employees but especially women and underrepresented groups at the company.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are personable and communicate directly with us through town halls, all hands, and employee meetings. We're able to ask them questions and they are transparent, even when it means saying we're thinking about it but don't have an answer yet.
