Adobe has been incredible. I had my onboarding experience while working from home due to Covid, but they didn't skip a beat. I was able to get trained up, and be a valued member of the team just like I would have being in the office. They are so inclusive, and make me feel like they genuinely care.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I feel as though I'm paid fairly as a woman, comparable to the men. This means everything, and helps me to feel valued.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
EVERYONE is included. No matter your race, gender, etc, they accept you for who you are, and are happy to have you be a part of the team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are really open and honest with the company, and keep us in the loop of what's going on. Especially during a pandemic, this really helps keep those anxieties related to layoffs at ease.
