I have only been here for a short time and working remotely only due to the pandemic but my company has make a large effort to make me feel the community despite the physical distance. I have really enjoyed my time so far.

Getting some reimbursement for college tuition as a new grad was a huge help in paying off student debt.

I like being able to contribute to my team and feeling like my work is important to the overall success of the company.

They recognize that their employees are people. They have been incredibly understanding during the pandemic, giving additional time off and resources as well as talking candidly about mental health.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture has a focus on diversity that feels like they honestly do care. It feels like the company has created groups to give anyone who is a minority a source of community and belonging.
