I feel challenged, accepted, and celebrated. I am able to grow, ask for help, fail, and still feel supported. I get to be completely myself.

They are comfortable being vulnerable and real with all of us. There is no executive wall. I feel like they are truly concerned about my well being.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company invests in the wellbeing of their employees. Our Employee networks are supported and empowered. Our facilities are beautiful. The culture of diversity, inclusion, and connection is apparent in every aspect of what we do.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I was brought in to the team in the middle of the pandemic and each person on my team has been welcoming and willing to help. I've never met them in person but I know I can count on them.
