I bring a smile to work at the start of most days. I'm fulfilled in my work and have an extremely support mgmt team. My extended program team are friendly and we work through challenges together. I feel heard and create a safe space for others to share also. Love Adobe!!

I have a good group of friends at work and have supportive leaders. I'm also recognized for my contributions!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We encourage authenticity, celebrate success & cover each other in our weak moments. It doesn't feel like work because I'm having a grand time...on my days!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My dad recently passed away from a cancer and I received an outpour of caring thoughts, care packages, and support from my manager, directors and VP. I've never seen or heard of this kind of kindness anywhere else.
