What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We're a matrix organization which often means there are too many people involved in decision making, slowing down processes.
What makes you most happy at work?
Having a say in the success of the company and its programs. Being able to freely experiment, learning from mistakes, and celebrating wins together.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate how genuinely friendly and approachable they all are. I'm an individual contributor and I've literally had a casual chat with our CEO at an employee event. Same goes for other members of the leadership team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is a spirit of community and belonging integrated into the culture. It isn't perfect, but there is a general sense that everyone has a responsibility and commitment to make it better. I've never worked anywhere where employees were so genuinely respectful of each other as Adobe.
