As I said, working at Adobe as my first job out of university has really spoiled the prospectives of me ever working anywhere else. I feel like I got so lucky - I'm really proud to be part of the Adobe family.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel like we are a family. In fact, my roommates are Adobe employees! It's a culture of consideration, kindness, and empathy while still innovating.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our executives are superstars. It's not uncommon to see #GloriaForPresident (our Chief People Officer) comments during streamed Employee Meetings. People love the leadership team because they are innovative, goal-oriented, and most importantly: empathetic. They fully embody our Adobe values.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I feel like my team is my family. Not only can we complete our team goals and milestones together, but we do it with a smile and by supporting each other. This is my first job out of university but I feel like it's spoiled the prospective of ever working anywhere else.
