What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is very inclusive and supportive. No toxic work culture.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Adobe does not follow reward cycle in the sense that individuals should be given promotions when they've delivered great work and prove that they have potential but this is rarely the case.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I have seen leadership team of product org just once a quarter or even less sometimes. So I don't have enough information to form an opinion for this. I do however think Gloria Chen has done a fantastic job during the pandemic
