I love Adobe. I like its values, products, and collaborative, friendly culture. I like the shutdowns and sabbaticals. The work is super interesting. I have way too much work and not enough work/life balance at this time, and I am getting burned out. I am not alone in this feeling.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been hiring for several open positions on my team, and I have found that many other companies pay a lot more than Adobe does. I am making less than people with much less experience than me. When I hire people, I have to convince them to take a salary that is lower than what they would like.
