People engagement and customer concentric mindset. Proactive and collaboration. Everyone is humble and approachable even from a higher level.
What makes you most happy at work?
Making a difference, making someone's jobs easier, completing a task, seeing KPIs turning green. Finding out issues and closing gaps.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very organized, hard working and structured, everyone is aware of what they need to drive and they really commit to it. I'm very lucky!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Health Insurance I believe, especially during this time. it's a luxery to have. Where I live (Ireland) - health insurance is very expensive and Adobe offers a very competitive package on this. Thank you!
