Writing code, solving problems, collaborating with colleagues to create something new.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Inclusiveness, the positive approach to dealing with difficult situations, strong support given by the various employee networks.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their openness and their willingness to engage with employees and answer/discuss difficult questions. This has been particularly valuable this year during the pandemic.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The support that Adobe provides for professional development and learning is outstanding. I have used it a little, but I see many colleagues also benefit from it. I think it is a fantastic aspect of what Adobe provides for employees.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I am always in awe of how smart and engaged my team and colleagues in other teams are! It is a privilege to work with so many talented people in my own team and around the world. Probably the best things are how much there is to learn from them, and how supportive everyone is in difficult times.
