I have been happier at Adobe than any previous employer. I have no interest in looking for new opportunities becuase I want to keep working here as long as the quality of life, culture & job experience stays the same. It would be hard, based on my past experience in the job market, to be pulled away

Strong skillsets, warmth and openness, willingness to help when needed, ability to perform at or above expectations fairly consistently.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people I work with and the challenges I get to face and work through. I am never bored and I like working with my peers
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are doing a great job growing the org and keeping Adobe competitive. I feel communication is open and transparent, and they are clear about their goals.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Very competitive base pay and ample opportunity to meet quarterly goals to achieve max bonus. Benefits are great and extremely competitive, and the company has exhibited flexibility and adaptability in light of COVID - expanding offerings to better support employees.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people who work here are happy to be working here with very few exceptions. Even though there are many different kinds of people with varying backgrounds, cultures, experiences, etc. - I can expect that everyone I encounter is likeminded - we all care about doing our jobs well, being good people
