Right now? WFH with *effective* collaboration :)

Sincerely hard to decide, because it really is about base salary +++ I am happy here.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
ADOBE FOR ALL. But the context of this is important, because Adobe for All is about hundreds, thousands, millions of different sized happenings and occurrences.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Daily hand off with team in Bucharest :D I truly hope covid does not prevent future travel to the degree that we will be prevented from in-person meet ups with the team in the future.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Consistent above average effort toward one on one and team to one communication. From outsiders perspective, view themselves as the glue holding teams together (and take this seriously) during a very challenging time of which no one has specific experience adapting nor total certainty in the future
