That people are generally team players, even when things are hard or frustrating

We are so diverse in so many different ways and really do complete each other's skill sets.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I feel stunted in my career journey and am not getting the support I need to move forward

We truly and genuinely care about each other and it isn't just something we say, it's something we do.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I think its just the fact everyone is moving around so much due to organization changes that we cant really connect lately
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They truly care about our wellbeing and try to be as transparent as possible which has been an extra blessing during this uncertain time.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love our wellbeing benefits such as EAP, wellness dollars and a free membership to a meditation app. I love how we care so much about mental wellbeing.
What makes you most happy at work?
Just the fact I get to use my skills to help out a company I believe in. That and I am able to do work I truly enjoy like design and storytelling.
