We have the most amazingly involved leadership team! I feel heard, supportive and cared for when it comes to the short time I've been at Adobe
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The amount of hours that I worked has been really draining on my mental health. The new role that I am moving into can and will change the landscape at Adobe but I don't believe my compensation reflects that.
