
When my team and I have a great meeting and problem solve so we have a plan for the coming weeks
We help each other out and share in and tag-team work to get to a common goal. A nice mix of some individual commendations alongside "we did this as a team"
They see their workers as whole people who come to the office with needs, lives outside work, identities, and different characteristics and that is all viewed as important and a strength, not a liability
When we were in the office there were regular events meant to get us away from our desks and engaging (e.g. arts performances, different holiday celebrations, and activities) and they have done a nice job of adapting that to a virtual environment so there is unity and change in the daily pattern
