I have opportunities here that I never could have imagined, and have learned things you literally can't pay for. An incredible experience.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I really enjoy how our company continues to change towards being more employee & customer focused. We still have work to do, but its improving.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love how comprehensive they are compared to other companies regionally. I only wish our benefits were the same, from country to country, within my employer.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love that our leadership sets clear goals, and is active in ensuring that their team follows through in creating objectives that align to them. They also showed great leadership & guidance to all employees during COVID-19.
