I feel very secure and supported at Adobe. I love the equal pay commitment and excellent benefits. The one thing that has been difficult is the slowdown on hiring since the acquisition of Marketo. It's hard to build a more diverse team when we can't add more people.

While the culture is built on inclusivity and creativity, I still find myself missing the presence of more women on my team. I recently moved to a team with another woman on it just so I wouldn't be the only one, which I had been for years.

We have been together for long enough that I feel like we really know each other. We are committed to quality and are always brainstorming ways to improve the codebase while delivering new features.
