What is the best part about your compensation package?
I always feel like my hard work is rewarded, although there is an annual employee review period I know my manager will not wait a full year if I've earned a promotion.

What are some of the best things about your team?
We are a collaborative group, and there is no such thing as a bad idea. I know that I can rely on my teammates to roll-up their sleeves when we need to meet a tight deadline, and when we work together we can rise to any challenge and accomplish anything!

The events that take place; weekly treats, monthly happy hours, summer/winter olympics, and summer/holiday parties. These events allow you to talk to members of other departments that you normally don't interact with and is always a fun time
