Executive Bio

Ms. Leslie Starr Keating has been Executive Vice President of Supply Chain Strategy & Transformation at Advance Auto Parts, Inc. since March 2017. Prior to joining Advance, Ms. Keating served as Senior Vice President of Supply Chain of Frito-Lay North America, Inc. from February 2012 to March 2017. She served as a Vice President of Commercialization and Supply Chain at Frito-Lay since 2004 until 2008, she oversaw the integration and transformational agendas while continuing to lead the Service and Distribution functions. Ms. Keating served as Vice President of Operations for The North Division at Frito-Lay since 1998 until 2001. Ms. Keating served as Vice President of Logistics and Warehousing for Frito-Lay since 2001 until 2004. Ms. Keating served as senior vice president of operations where she oversaw Frito-Lay's 22,000-person strong operations team that is responsible for making and moving Frito-Lay snacks throughout the United States and Canada since February 2008. BMs. She is also active with the Young Men's Service League community service organization. Before this appointment, she held various positions with Frito-Lay in field operations and headquarters. Before joining PepsiCo in 1985, she spent four years at Procter & Gamble. She has been a Director of Chesapeake Energy Corporation since September 11, 2017. Ms. Keating has been a Director of Make a Wish North Texas since 2013. Ms. Keating has been recognized among industry trade publications and organizations. In 2011, Women's Enterprise magazine recognized Ms. Keating for her manufacturing innovation and leadership. One year earlier, the Texas Business Women named her the Collin County Professional Women of the year. She has been a Director at River Logic, Inc. since November 28, 2016. Over Ms. Keating's 30-year career at PepsiCo, she has been a mentor and sponsor of Diversity and Inclusion and was recognized by PepsiCo with the Harvey C. Russell Inclusion Award for her inclusion leadership. Ms. Keating received a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Virginia Tech and an MBA from Georgia State.
