Executive Bio

Ms. Maria Ayres has been President of South Division at Advance Auto Parts, Inc. since June 2017 and served as its President of Northern Division since March 2017. Prior to joining Advance, Ms. Ayres was employed by BrightView Landscape Services, a KKR private equity portfolio company, where she served most recently as Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer. She previously held the role of Senior Vice President and General Manager with BrightView. Prior to that, she served in a variety of leadership roles with PepsiCo from 2007 to 2015, including Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Global Costco business; Vice President and General Manager, Club and Mass Channel; and Region Vice President, Mountain Area. She has also held various sales and operations leadership positions with Corporate Express and Coca-Cola Enterprises. She earned a bachelor's degree in Marketing from Georgetown University.
