Mr. Mike Pack serves as President of Western Division at Advance Auto Parts, Inc. Mr. Pack served as Senior Vice President of Operations and Senior Vice President of Operations Support at Advance Auto Parts Inc. Mr. Pack served as Senior Vice President of Store Operations for Northeast & Mid-Atlantic Area of Advance Auto Parts Inc. since October 2010. Mr. Pack provided strategic direction and leadership to approximately 1,000 stores within this area. He is one of Advance Auto Parts Inc.'s highest performing and most tenured Regional Vice President and has served in multiple leadership roles, both in its Store Operations organization and at the Store Support Center. He joined Advance in 1996 and served as its Regional Vice President for the Mid-Atlantic Region which includes Maryland, Eastern Virginia and the Washington D.C. Metro area and Regional Vice President for Alabama, Mississippi and the Florida panhandle. Prior to those positions, he served as Director of Visual Merchandising at the Store Support Center. Prior to that, he served as a District Manager and General Manager in various areas around the country.
